We pair our plate heating exchanger series with hydronic heating equipment to create a separate fluid loop between the heater and the building. Each unit is equipped with an onboard pump and can deliver hot fluid in any potable or non-potable application.

Mixing Boosters

This drop-in addition to a hydronic heating application ensures heated fluid is mixed to appropriate temperatures. When either the delivery or return conditions of the fluid fall outside of the operating range of the application, problems can occur and there is a chance of equipment shutdown. This booster eliminates that risk, leads to a better overall match for what is required, as well as offering end of run flow-boosting capabilities.

Flow Reversers

This accessory can drop in line anywhere on a Hydronic heating application and offers the ability to ensure even heat distribution over the entire piping network. When utilized on a large ground thaw application this device reverses the fluid flow in the hoses so the end of each run, which normally has the lowest return temperature, gets an opportunity to see the hottest supply fluid. This reversing of flow activity achieves even fluid temperature distribution and better thawing results.

Hose Reels

We rent portable hose reels with multiple forklift pockets in sizes ranging from 3,000 to 6,000 lineal feet. These reels are great where our Ground Thaw trailers won’t fit, like multiple stories above ground, or where additional hose lengths are required. These are an ideal addition to our portable Hydronic heaters that allows us to provide a complete packaged kit for a ground thaw or concrete curing application.

Manifolds

Our inventory of water or glycol manifolds is vast. From 3/4″ dia. through 6” dia., we have multiple variations that allow us to customize our manifolds for every opportunity. Galvanized steel or Stainless steel (not PVC or ABS plastic), with brass components, our manifolds are built for the rugged environments our opportunities subject them to.

Features:

• Typically supplied with flow through capabilities
• Fitted with inlet and outlet valves, as well as appropriate sized supply and return fittings
• Welded support frames allow the manifolds to self support

Water Tanks

When involved with potable hydronic heating projects we utilize these potable tanks to store hot water. They act as buffers to stockpile water for when a surge in usage occurs, ensuring enough hot water is available and protecting the hydronic heaters from too rapid of a demand.

Features:

• 380 litre capacity
• Housed in aluminum frames that can be craned, forklifted, or rolled in place
• Approved to be utilized in exterior application
